Steel wire rope sheaves and pulley block
1.Sheave is a wheel on a shaft, designed to support the movement and direction change of tensioned cables, or the power transmission between shafts and cables. When the sheave is supported by a frame or shell, it does not transmit power to the shaft, but is used to guide the cable or apply force. The supporting shell is called a block, and the sheave can be called a pulley block.
2. The steel wire rope sheaves could be manufactured according to client`s specification or production drawings, or purchase from our standard proeuct range.
3. Steel wire rope sheave as a spare part, can be delivered right away, due to there are many kinds of sheaves in stock. Unless the sheaves are tailor-made based on client`s production drawings, it will take around 15 days.
4.The steel wire rope sheave is an important part of the wire rope guiding system, it is essential when using steel wire rope as hoisting mechanism or luffing mechanism. The wire rope sheaves will be drlivered with the top brand bearing such us SKF, NSK, FAG etc.
