Application site
      According to the requirements of process flow, there are three basic parts of cross transfer station between belt conveyors in coal conveying system of large power plant.

Conditions of use
      The following conditions shall be considered when adopting and arranging expansion device:
1,The telescopic device is suitable for the belt conveyor with one-way or reverse running head arranged horizontally
2,Pay attention to the winding path of the tape when arranging, which should form a closed transmission system.Especially when the telescopic position is shifted.The return tape shall not interfere with the frame and other metal structures within its travel range.
3. The telescopic device is located at the head of the belt conveyor, which is the high tension area of the belt; when the belt conveyor is long and the driving power is large, the belt conveyor is in the high tension area,The drum strength and running resistance of the telescopic device should be determined.
4,The secondary shrinkage device should be shifted when the belt stops running or under no-load condition. It is strictly forbidden to change the position when the belt is loaded.
5,The expansion device has two structural forms: high support and floor type, one of which can be determined according to the needs of process layout,
The main technical parameters such as bandwidth, telescopic travel, traveling speed, drum diameter, etc. shall be indicated.
6,The groove angle of idler shall be indicated.
