1. High Altitude Railway

2. Project Description
 
    The Qinghai-Tibet Railway is one of the key projects in the "10th Five-Year Plan" of the country, and China Railway Consulting Group, as the main organization, has won the Grand Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The design, construction and maintenance of bridges on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway are very difficult due to the severe natural conditions such as freezing and thawing. China Railway Consulting (former Railway Specialized Design Institute) put forward the design concept of high durability bridge for the project characteristics. Freezing and thawing effect, low-temperature anti-brittle fracture of steel girders, and design of highly durable bridges are beyond the content of bridge design specifications. On the basis of completing a number of scientific researches, China Railway Consulting put forward more than 10 measures to improve durability, such as prioritizing the use of pre-tensioned girders, and put forward the design measures to prevent the brittle fracture of steel girders in areas with low temperature and large temperature difference, and put forward the design indexes and principles of design for the bridges of Qingzang and Tibet Railway. Folding line reinforcement technology was adopted in concrete pre-tensioned girders, and low-temperature anti-brittle fracture measures were adopted for combined girders, and the effect was proved to be good in engineering practice.

This is a hot treatment furnace with size 10.5m×8m×8m. The manufacture base also equipped with lifting capacity of 25t, 50t, 100t, 200t overhead crane to handle heavy workpiece and assembly work.
