Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL)
For the first time in my country, General Hydrogen Energy uses a roll-to-roll process to produce gas diffusion layers. The product width can be up to 1.2m, which is more suitable for automated production. With the advantage of being ultra-thin, the product has stronger electronic conductivity, stronger water management ability, excellent breathability, high mechanical strength, appropriate rigidity and flexibility, excellent chemical stability and thermal stability, and structure Tight and surface-balanced for high durability. Realize the full-process production and manufacturing and online process quality control from base paper to carbon paper to gas diffusion layer, with better product consistency, and some product performance indicators have reached the international advanced level. Gas diffusion layer products suitable for air-cooled hydrogen fuel cells, liquid-cooled hydrogen fuel cells and cathodes of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production electrolyzers have been launched.

 

 

Proton exchange membrane (PEM)

General Hydrogen Energy is the first company in my country to use short-chain branched perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane technology for roll-to-roll mass production. The product has higher ion exchange capacity and higher ion conductivity with the advantage of being ultra-thin. efficiency, lower battery internal resistance, higher mechanical properties and dimensional stability. The product contains a variety of free radical scavengers with different functions, which have higher durability. At the same time, by improving the water retention capacity and water transmission capacity of the membrane, it improves the performance output of the battery under high temperature and low humidity. Some product performance indicators have reached the international advanced level. Proton exchange membrane products suitable for hydrogen fuel cells and PEM water electrolysis hydrogen electrolyzers have been launched.
