1. New Energy & Battery Power Locomotive


    Shenzhou double DMUs, i.e. NZJ2 type power centralized double-deck internal combustion DMUs, are jointly developed by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Factory, Changchun Bus Factory, Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Factory and Beijing Railway Bureau, and a total of five sets of 10 locomotives (NZJ2 0001-0005) and four double-deck unpowered trailers with 40 sections were produced between 2000 and 2003. The NZJ2 Shenzhou locomotive is one of the main models of quasi high-speed internal combustion locomotives of China Railway. Its predecessor was the NZJ1 "New Dawn". The NZJ2 was used as the Beijing-Tianjin intercity express passenger train between 2000 and 2007, and was retired in 2007 when the Harmony train set and the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway were put into operation, and the NZJ2 was deployed to the Wuhan Railway Bureau and the Nanning Railway Bureau to serve as an express train under their control.





2. Project Description
 
    The bullet train's front end adopts the world's more advanced distributed computer control system, which can avoid "total paralysis" due to a failure in one place. The automatic monitoring system can display the important parameters of the train's operation, so that the driver can see at a glance. The train is equipped with a new type of quasi-speed bogie to ensure safety, air spring damping to make the train smooth, even in high-speed operation in the event of an accident emergency braking, the train is still smooth as usual, and other modern facilities such as the global positioning system.
    The interior of the train reflects the design concept of thinking about the travelers from the layout to the smallest details such as the coat hooks. When you walk into the compartment, the first thing you feel is that the interior is very comfortable. The manufacture base has a total plant area of around 30000 square meters and workshop is equipped with more than 300 sets of various advance manufacture equipment, including 20 sets of CNC precision vertical lathe MODEL: SMVTM12000×50/150, CNC vertical lathe MODEL:DVT8000×30/32, CNC horizontal lathe, MODEL: CK61315×125/32, CNC horizontal lathe MODEL:CK61200×80/32, CNC Grounding boring and milling machine MODEL:TJK6920,etc. Most of the parts are machined by using CNC machine equipment. This is a hot treatment furnace with size 10.5m×8m×8m. The manufacture base also equipped with lifting capacity of 25t, 50t, 100t, 200t overhead crane to handle heavy workpiece and assembly work.
