   TDL-KH spring rubber block buffer (shock absorber)"its rubber block is connected between the supporting plate and the frame beam and is connected by a support frame composed of spiral spring and shaft. It has the same characteristics as"TDL-QH spring rubber ring buffer roller". The spring's tension is adjustable and it also has double buffering property. The tension of the spring on the buffer can be adjusted at any time according to the actual situation of material lumpiness.


Installation notes: 
1.install 3 groups under each material mouth of belt conveyor
2.There is at least a group of trough shaped idlers between the unit and the roller.
