The locomotive pushes the whole train wagons into the plant, and pushes the wagons for unloading up to the working range of the SAC. The wheel clamper clamps the wagons, and the locomotive unhooks and leaves. Then, tippling work is started. The work procedure is outlined as follows:
The shunting arm of SAC drops the rare hook hooks to the wagon, and wheel clamper disconnects.
The SAC hauls the wagons to advance, when the first wagon enters the tippler and the second wagon travels up to the wheel clampers, the clampers clamp, the first wagon and the second wagon will be unhooked manually;
SAC hauls the first wagon to continue to advance, it will brake and unhook when it travels up to the tipping position inside the tippler;
The tippler starts to rotate to tipple the wagon when the SAC departs from the tippler.
The shunting arm lifts, SAC returns and the above work is repeated. When the second wagon comes close to the tippler and it starts to decelerate, the front hook of SAC will push the empty wagon in the tippler to continue to advance.
It will break when the second wagon reaches the tipping position, and the rare hook is unhooked.
The tipper rotates for tipping after the SAC pushes the empty wagon away from the tippler.
After the SAC pushes the empty wagon to pass through the Two-way stopper, the shunting arm lifts the SAC returns to make shunting work for the next wagon.
The above work will be repeated until all of the train wagons are unloaded. At that time, the empty wagons layout in the empty wagon line, the SAC will pull the whole set of the train to pass through the wheel clampers for the locomotive to receive the wagons.
