Product Description

Electrical (hydraulic) plough unloader with adjustable angle grooves on both sides



     The adjustable angle grooves electrical plough unloader is a new product improved on the basis of other traditional unloaders. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional unloaders such as easy to wear of the belt, slow action, material overflow, and etc.
Due to the additional auxiliary plow blade mechanism on the structure, the unloading process is cleaner.
This machine uses electric or electro-hydraulic push rod as power source, and control
box to achieve and complete the operation of push rod.
When the machine is in unloading state, the push rod lower the plough, as the same time the supporting rollers underneath the belt become flat shape to provide a flat belt. 
    When in the state of not discharging, the supporting rollers restored to groove shape, and the material can pass through.
This machine is widely used in power plant, coal yard, mining and other conveyors for road discharge.
