1. Product Description


    Tunnel is an engineering building buried in the ground, is a form of human use of underground space. Tunnels can be divided into transportation tunnels, hydraulic tunnels, municipal tunnels, mining tunnels and so on. Tunnels are categorized according to length, use, location, etc. For example, according to length, they are divided into short tunnels (L≤500m), medium-length tunnels (500m-1000m), etc.; according to use, they are divided into traffic tunnels, hydraulic tunnels, municipal tunnels and mine tunnels.




2. Project Description
 
     Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel is 3,630 meters long, the ground road is 30 meters long, the lane width is 7 meters, and the clear height of the lane is 4.5 meters. The length of the open section of the approach road in Jiangan District is 145 meters, the length of the concealed tunnel section is 40 meters, the length of the cut-and-cover tunnel section is 455 meters, and the length of the shield section is 2,550 meters; the length of the cut-and-cover tunnel section in Wuchang District is 250 meters, the length of the open section of the approach road is 160 meters, and the length of six ramps is 2,065 meters in total. The minimum radius of flat curve is 400 meters (200 meters when overheight is set); in the minimum vertical curve, the radius of convex curve is 1,350 meters, and the radius of concave curve is 1,050 meters. The total area of the tunnel management building is 3984.46 square meters.

This is a hot treatment furnace with size 10.5m×8m×8m. The manufacture base also equipped with lifting capacity of 25t, 50t, 100t, 200t overhead crane to handle heavy workpiece and assembly work.
